The fire limits of the city are those as established from time to time by resolution the governing body. The fire limits as so established will be made available in the office of the building official. Such limits will include, but not be limited to designations for location of the following:

(a)   The storage of flammable or combustible liquids in outside above ground tanks;

(b)   The storage of liquefied petroleum gases; and

(c)   The storage of explosives and blasting agents.
