As set forth in Section 4-202 of this code, the city has adopted the International Residential Code which contains regulations governing fencing for pools, which regulations are incorporated herein by reference.

Any person who owns property upon which a pool is maintained in violation of this article shall be deemed to be in violation hereof. Any resident of property upon which a pool is maintained under such person’s control in violation of this article shall be deemed to be in violation hereof. Each day that any such violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation.
