The city shall use the Johnson County, Kansas numbering system for all addresses within the city. The corner of First and Wea Streets shall be designated 8200 South and 33100 West.

The address system map in the office of the city clerk shall be used for the assignment of all street numbers within the city. To the extent possible, address numbers previously assigned under the city addressing system shall retain the same last two digits as under the city numbering system and all addresses previously numbered under the county numbering system shall remain unchanged.
